What you need to know before ordering -

1. Decide which size of Flag you need.
You can find full details on our specs page here.

2. Do you have print-ready artwork for your Flag?
Not sure? Our advanced / pro user artwork guidelines page will show you.
(If you don't understand it, then you haven't!)

3. If you have print-ready artwork, you can download the appropriate template here and incorporate your design into it before sending to us. This will help you tailor your print to the exact shape and size of your feather flag. Email the completed template back to us.

4. No artwork? Just a great idea? Then you need to click here to go to our basic artwork guidelines page and follow the instructions.

We will prepare ONE visual free of charge - any subsequent changes will incur a cost of £5 per alteration, so please insure your layout is correct and as detailed as possible when sending us your first copy.

5. In either case, you will receive a finished visual back from us within 24 hours. If you are happy with it, sign the approval form and return it to us with your full order details - quantity of flags, size and shape of flags, special instructions, etc.

6. On receipt of your order and artwork approval, we will send you an invoice by return and commence production. On receipt of payment, your flags will be shipped.

Fire Certificates? - Don't worry, we've got it covered!
Due to recent health & safety laws all venues (indoor and outdoor) require a British Standards fire retardant safety certificate to comply with BSI safety standards.
All of our flags have been laboratory tested and approved by the British Standards Institution. Each completed order will now receive a copy of our fire certificate for issue to venue health and safety officials and thus help ensure compliance. Our flags are made from flame-retardant material and all our printing inks are water-based and solvent free.
Top Scout Flag Tips!
Don't confuse our aluminium poles or our super strong and flexible solid fibreglass flag-ends (which are the best on the market) with the cheap fibreglass option used by some other suppliers, which crack and easily snap under any sort of strain. These may be a cheaper option, but will last only a day or two, whereas ours are a professional system built to last. Please Note: All portable flagpoles should be taken down during high gusting winds over 20 mph
